1. Digital Product Purchases
- All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, the product is available for immediate download and is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If there are technical issues with the product that prevent you from accessing or using it as intended, please contact us at support@techbelievers.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or may, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange if the problem cannot be resolved.
2. Order Cancellations
- Before Download: If you have not downloaded the purchased digital product, you may request a cancellation by contacting support@techbelievers.com within 24 hours of purchase.
- After Download: Cancellations are not possible once the product has been downloaded due to the nature of digital delivery.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Eligibility: Refunds are granted only in cases where a technical problem or error with the product cannot be resolved, or in cases of accidental duplicate purchases.
- Process: To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@techbelievers.com with your order details and an explanation of the issue.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
